Our goal with the discussion at sTARTUp Day is to focus on how our food is produced and how it affects the world and our health – and further – how we need to change it.

What new technologies are being developed and what does this mean for the food and the whole food chain and consumer? How is the development of new food regulated and what does this mean for the scientists and innovators? Who regulates food market? Is it the consumers, producers or politics?
