Mr. Viesca is a naval engineer. He is currently head of European Funds at Finnova. He works for further networking, innovation and seeks financial support for innovative start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, associations, networks and public and private organisations. It has a huge experience in training schemes and EU programmes, especially in the field of environment (Culture, Erasmus, Erasmus Entrepreneurs, etc.). In the culture and education sector, he has worked for the European Commission, in the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (formerly Directorate-General for Education and Culture), for a number of years, in charge of European projects related to training. He is also a specialist in the drafting and preparation of European projects.
