The Chairman of the Council of Young Diplomats of Russia. Konstantin graduated from the faculty of international relations and political science of Kazan State University (KSU) with a degree in international relations (diploma with honor). Now Konstantin works in the Secretariat of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, he has experience of diplomatic service with Canada, CIS, compatriots living abroad.

Scientific interest - “frozen” conflicts in the Transcaucasus (Abkhazia, South Ossetia); integration processes in North America. Develops its own concept of "horizontal diplomacy."

He has many thanks from the Ministry. He was awarded the Gratitude by the President of the Russian Federation.
