The NEFELE Network has been developed as one of the main objectives of the “NEFELE Project”, which was co-funded by the Creative Europe Programe of the European Commission.
Together with the 1st European Arts Festival for Mental Health, implemented on October 2016 in Athens, is the first step towars an institutional approach for the use of arts for the benefit of Mental Health.
The founding members of the Network are organisations from Belgium, Finland, France, Greece (7), Italy (2), Ireland, Lithuania, Spain (2), Portugal and United Kingdom.
NEFELE Network's mission is to promote the use of Art in the prevention of Mental Illness as well as in the therapeutic process for users of Mental health services
