The two-day event aims at spreading and supporting an innovative food ecosystem based on fast forward thinking and actions. An additional aim is to sustain South Ostrobothnia - a region with a strong food identity - in becoming the epicenter of Europe’s food ;
Speakers of the event include Paul Iske, founder of the Institute for Brilliant Failures, Jan Ameri, Executive Chairman of ArcticStartup and Arctic15, Nima Sophia Tisdall, investor and co-founder of Blue Lobster in Denmark, Jonathan Eng, Project Leader for Healthy and Sustainable Food Systems at the Nordic Council of Ministers, and Sara Roversi, founder of the Future Food Institute in Italy.
