The EHMA summer workshop will allow discussion, debate on fellow experiences and proposals for changing current primary care systems. Some initial questions might be: What is the current margin for solo practices? What are the advantages of team work? What is the role of each professional? But beyond those we will also focus on other questions: How do we best integrate a healthcare team? How can healthcare professionals develop leadership? How do we manage care and prevention? How do we link individual and community care? How we deal with demographic changes and increase of chronic complexity?
