Industry professionals will be seeking answers to some of the field’s biggest challenges including: biological and chemical food safety; advanced processing and preservation methods; how to integrate the food safety policy in European countries; introducing novel technologies; how to create behavioral change for sustainability; among other important issues. As the EU strives to ensure the high-est level of food safety, it is important to debate on how to protect consumers’ health and interests while guaranteeing a smooth operation of the supply chain market.
This Summit will focus on all aspects of food safety from the farm to fork approach to the prevention of foodborne illnesses and other food hazards outbreaks. Attend-ees will have the opportunity to learn from experts in this field and network with them to come up with practical solutions and developments in Food Safety and Quality.
