The Symposium will get together researchers, experts, farmers and different acthors related with organic production of wines.

The initiatives of local groups, social collectives and municipalities will be the protagonists of this exchange and debate to elaborate strategies and alternatives for the production and commercialization model of grapevine and wine. This fact will be done in the hands of the rural inhabitants of these areas, without forgetting the knowledge and contribution of the experts and researchers.
