Food security has been at the forefront of global issues since 2008. In 2012, further steps were taken by the G8 to tackle the problem, with a spotlight on partnership, targeted investment and the use of technology. In line with this new global approach, the AgriBusiness Forum 2012 in partnership with the Government of Senegal and in collaboration with FAO, Rabobank Foundation and PanAAC is entitled:  "Boosting African Agriculture through Partnership, Investment and Technology". It will take place from 25-28 November 2012 in Dakar, Senegal.
