Labelling for Marketers is a new course from Leatherhead which will help teach delegates how to create product labels that comply with food regulations yet still appeal to consumers. Interactive presentations and workshops will provide delegates with an understanding of the legislative background to food labelling, coupled with practical experience in naming products. In addition to discussing examples of good and bad product names and labels, delegates will learn about the use of pictorial representations, gain an insight into health and nutrition claims, and understand the issues surrounding cross-border labelling.Taking place on a Friday, the dress code is informal.
