Sprouted seeds are an important and expanding part of the fresh produce sector. However, they have been implicated in food safety issues with the presence of pathogens on seeds a potentially significant hazard.In this seminar, technical experts will present the latest information on the sprouted seed industry, providing vital information on the causes of the recent outbreaks and discussing the hazards, risks and food safety control factors in the sector.
