Dear Colleagues,It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 5th International Vilnius Course "Update on Paediatric Infectious Diseases", which will be held on the 3rd- 4th of October, 2011 in Vilnius, Lithuania. After the great success of the previously held four International Vilnius Courses, it has extended to a great tradition that we hope is going to gain the interest to PID and give a possibility to share ideas, experience and recent scientific achievements. This will be an ESPID supported course, organized by Vilnius University and Baltic Immunoprophylaxis Association. The aim of the course is to provide interactive training in most relevant issues and updates of infectious diseases and vaccination for knowledgeable clinical trainees mainly from Eastern and Central European countries. The program will consist of lectures covering major topics in PID and sessions for interactive discussions. Some theoretical aspects of PID will be covered.
