The Women Rock-IT program by Cisco Networking Academy is a global initiative dedicated to closing the gender gap in the tech industry. It celebrates successful women in tech and provides free introductory courses through Cisco Networking Academy, inspiring young women to pursue tech careers. Since its launch, Women Rock-IT has engaged over two million participants with 870,000 course registrations.
