The "AccessibleEU Resource Centre" is one of the flagship initiatives of the European Commission's Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2021- 2030). The resource centre's objective is to promote accessibility, with a particular focus on areas like construction and building, transport, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). The resource centre also works and supports policy design to ensure equal participation of all people. 

In the context of the project implementation, the AccessibleEU Resource Centre is organising a hybrid information and awareness-raising event on "Smart and Inclusive Cities: Services for all Citizens and Visitors". The event takes place on 20 November, both in person and online in Greece, and is organised with the cooperation of the National Confederation of Persons with Disabilities (ESAMEA) and the European Network on Accessible Tourism (ENAT).
