Celebrating women entrepreneurship
The LEADERS competition promotes women entrepreneurs and supports their development. They take to the stage during the EIT Manufacturing Summit 2023 to compete for prizes – and have delighted last years’ audiences with their diverse entrepreneurial activities. A must-see!
Framework: EIT Manufacturing Summit 2023
The RIS Leaders final will take place at the EIT Manufacturing Summit 2023, which, on 20 and 21 November 2023 will bring together industry, start-ups, policy makers and academia from or with a connection to the manufacturing industry on the topic of skills.
About the LEADERS competition
In November 2022 the “LEADERS – Women Innovators in Manufacturing” prize was awarded by EIT Manufacturing as part of the Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS) for the second time. Thereby, EIT Manufacturing wants to draw attention to women innovators and women in the manufacturing industry, as women are still underrepresented in this sector.
For the final pitch a jury selected six candidates, whose projects play a leading role in developing solutions addressing manufacturing-related challenges with strong financial, environmental, or societal impact.
