This year we are focusing on the sustainable gastronomy in Posavje EIT Food Field Study Forum is a two-day professional interactive event with active participation of students, agri-food companies, state administration, interest associations, media and other relevant stakeholders, aimed at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in Slovenian agriculture and food processing Dive 2023 will be held under the main theme Sustainable Gastronomy in Posavje Region, with the focus on the following topics: vegetables in gastronomy, local food chains, Green Tourism - Green Schemes in Tourism.
