DEEP DIVE 2023 – Slovenia

EIT Food HUB Slovenia, National meeting point for innovation and entrepreneurship in agri-food, is organising Deep Dive 2023 for the third time.

This year we are focusing on the sustainable gastronomy in Posavje EIT Food Field Study Forum is a two-day professional interactive event with active participation of students, agri-food companies, state administration, interest associations, media and other relevant stakeholders, aimed at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in Slovenian agriculture and food processing Dive 2023 will be held under the main theme Sustainable Gastronomy in Posavje Region, with the focus on the following topics: vegetables in gastronomy, local food chains, Green Tourism - Green Schemes in Tourism. The purpose of the event is to connect the key actors of Posavje agri-food industry, to activate young people and to encourage a public debate on the possibilities of developing the agricultural and food sector in Posavje event will take place in cooperation with local companies, the local community of the Municipality of Krško and the Center for Entrepreneurship and Tourism Krško with its Entrepreneurship incubator KrškoTo participate in the event, prior registration is can participate in "DEEP DIVE POSAVJE 2023" as an active participant in the two-day field study forum or as a participant - listener of individual the application form, indicate which set of events you are applying for. You can read a short description of the events ;The field study forum is intended for students. The field forum begins on September 27 with a tour of three partner food companies and the Municipality (Municipality of Krško, Evrosad, Grad Rajhenburg – Peninoteka and Kunst hotel&restaurant) with the aim of getting to know the current issues and challenges that individual companies face. After the tour, work in groups will follow, where students with different prior knowledge will look for potential solutions and improvements.
