The European Innovation Council (EIC), together with Eaton, an intelligent power management company, and BioNTech, a biotechnology company, is organising a virtual EIC Multi-Procurer Day that’s taking place on 11 July 2023. This online event aims to match EIC beneficiaries with the procurer’s needs on a wide array of topics, including digitalisation, AI, machine learning and mobile electrification.      Eaton is an intelligent power management company that was founded in 1911. The corporate does business in more than 170 countries with annual sales of over €20 million. Their goal is to make a positive impact on the world by providing people with the tools to use power more efficiently and helping companies do business more sustainably.        BioNTech is a biotechnology company that develops and manufactures pioneer next-generation patient-specific immunotherapies combined with cutting-edge technologies for cancer and other pathologies. Founded in 2008, the corporate’s portfolio includes mRNA therapeutics, engineered cell therapies, antibodies and small molecule immunomodulators.         With that in mind, the EIC, Eaton and BioNTech are calling for action and looking for companies and startups that are willing to present their innovative solutions to procurers in the topics of interest explained below. Eaton and BioNTech based on their business interests will select the final participants among the applicants.    The Business Acceleration Services will contact all applicants once the selection process has been concluded. All participants are expected to fill out a brief satisfaction survey shortly after the event, and a business impact survey after six months.
