From Industry 4.0 to Industry 4.1: it's time to go!

You know many things about Industry , now it's time to put your knowledge in practice and to implement a new business model

To-day, many companies are aware of the benefits given by digitalization and new technologies. In a word, by the so-called Industry 40. To SME’s, in particular, Industry 40 is not an option, it’s a must.

Combining the right mix of technologies, management tools and new business models, companies can be successful in any industry, in any market. Because being Industry compliant allows to easily find new partners, to network and to create ‘virtual companies’ no matter where you are based.

But, after a theoretical approach to Industry 40 , many companies fail to go forward to next steps. This is a mistake, because Industry must be implemented, not only studied. That’s why a new concept is breaking through the scene: we can call it ‘Industry 41', the real implementation of Industry 40.

Several examples are available that demonstrate the benefits of this approach, the transition from theory to practice, according to the individual requirements.

EFCC Estonian Fieldbus Competency Centre offers a seminar that has been tested in many countries.

The seminar helps the participating companies to analyze their requirements in terms of Industry and to select the right tools for answering such requirements, stepping forward to Industry 41.
