The policy recommendations of our new research project ‘A Review and Assessment of State Aid for Broadband Networks’ will be presented on 21 November. This new report looks at areas of controversy in State aid for the rolling out of broadband infrastructure.
CERRE Joint Academic Director Marc Bourreau (Telecom ParisTech) and CERRE Research Fellow Richard Feasey (University College London) provide recommendations for efficient incentives and competition rules, which should ultimately support the achievement of the Digital Agenda for Europe.
