The Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy (HICD) is a Greek scientific civil non-profit organisation, founded in Athens on March 25, 2017, and is the first and only institution of Cultural Diplomacy in Greece. The Institute's activities are being developed in collaboration with private and public government bodies, academic institutions and scientific institutes in Greece and abroad. It has branches in different cities in Greece and abroad that develop autonomous and varied cultural activities, but in accordance to the general needs and directions of the Institute, as they arise from the central administration of the organization in Athens.

The program of the evening will include lectures by well-known academics, theatrical monologues and poetic recitations of award-winning actors and poets as well as musical performances by well-known Greek composers who will alternate with each other in a unique cultural program. The guests will have the opportunity to meet important personalities of Greece, as well as to talk with the members of the Institute and to participate actively in the ceremony.
