Internet Retailing Conference

Keynotes, conferences, workshops, exhibition.Major industry figures will share their knowledge and insight from key points in their industry-changing journey, before the event splits into 4 key learning opportunities.

The InternetRetailing Conference (IRC), the longest running multichannel forum, announces its 12th edition, for the first time co-located with the eDelivery Conference (EDC). Taking place on 5th October in Novotel West, London, this year’s event will bridge the gap between multichannel and fulfilment, bringing together the most innovative retailers, digital and supply chain leaders and address the need for collaboration to better understand how to engage commercially with the connected customer.

The conference will host key decision makers from: Alibaba, Clarks, Canon, Google, Lastminute, Trainline, Barclaycard and Deliveroo.

Over 1,000 thought leaders will discuss the latest industry innovations and game-changers across four conference streams. These streams are designed to share the latest trends and future movements aiding retailers with innovation, creativity and future-proofed decision-making.

The streams will be based on the four axis needed to deliver a well-rounded multichannel strategy: Analyse & Conquer, Adapt & Expand, Create & Innovate and Stand Up & Deliver.

There will also be a chance to network and take part in hands-on workshops and roundtable discussions with industry leaders.
