One of the pillars of demonstrating impact and innovation from scientific research is the formation of start-up companies. However, many start-ups fail because the risk is high. What does it take to get the idea off the ground and up into the sky? The symposium will highlight investor perspective, trends in healthcare and life sciences and showcase inspirational stories and best practices from newcomers and experienced companies.
Therefore, the Office of Technology Transfer of the German Cancer Research Center decided to mark its 20th anniversary with this international symposium, together with its research partners, such as EMBL, University of Heidelberg, University Hospital Heidelberg and, of course, Heidelberg Startup Partners. This includes for the first time a Dragon’s Den, a competition for new ideas in the region!
Join us in Heidelberg for groundbreaking insights and connect with new partners and investors.
