Herminia Ibarra is the Charles Handy Visiting Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School and the Cora Chaired Professor of Leadership and Learning at INSEAD. Prior to joining INSEAD, she served on the Harvard Business School faculty for thirteen years.
