Recent Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights in Labour Law Matters

Visit to the ECtHR (optional)

Objective

The seminar will provide legal practitioners with an update on the case law developed by the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) – mainly in 2015 and 2016 – with relevance for labour law and employment matters.

Who should attend?

Lawyers and judges specialised in labour law, ministry officials, representatives of trade unions and employers’ organisations.
 

Visit to the ECtHR (optional)

Participants will have the opportunity to visit the European Court of Human Rights. The visit will include the screening of a documentary followed by a presentation on the role and work of the ECtHR. Those interested in attending this optional programme are requested to inform ERA.
