Objective
The aim of this year’s annual conference is to update legal practitioners what to expect from the European Commission in the field of State aid in the next months. It will also analyse how State aid rules are applied in specific sectors of current interest. Special attention will be paid to the impact of the latest judgments from the Court of Justice of the EU on daily practice.
