The first day of the crisis communication conference will focus on three important steps of successful crisis communication: crisis preparation, crisis management and crisis recovery. Professionals from industry, government and academia will share their experiences and the latest crisis management thinking about how to prepare for and respond to crises. On the second day all delegates are invited to practice effective crisis communication strategies during an interactive Simulation Game, empowering them to improve their efficiency of crisis management.
