Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Food Law

Leatherhead's training course on Middle East & North Africa Food Law will provide you with an overview of the principles and application of current and upcoming food legislation in major international markets.

Leatherhead’s new Middle East & North Africa Food Law (MENA) training course has been launched in response to the growing demand for insight into, and knowledge about, the vast and quickly developing international market. Covering the Middle East (Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Lebanon and GCC) and North Africa (Algeria and Morocco), you will gain an overview of the principles and application of current and upcoming food legislation in these markets. In addition, you will enhance your knowledge of food supplements in GCC and Egypt. For each country featured in the programme, you will be provided with an overview of its food law, general food and nutrition labelling requirements, food additives and flavourings and also kosher requirements. Two Q&A sessions will enable you to address specific questions and with a labelling workshop held on day 1 and a quiz on day 2 you will learn how to apply what you have learned so far. Middle East & North Africa Food Law is an excellent forum for delegates to meet, stay informed and discuss food regulatory developments relating to major international markets with regulatory experts from Leatherhead Food Research.
