Internet Fragmentation: Internet may split up as some countries are thought to be creating their own, separated networks, under state control. This may affect and disrupt online trade, cross-border data flow, global business and start-ups. Following the EuCham discussion held on 8 Dec 2014, this event aims to gather businesses in order to discuss possible risks and opportunities arising from a fragmented Internet.
