With currently most of the State Aid Modernisation initiatives' being adopted, State aid practitioners from public authorities and private practice need to familiarise with the legal and practical requirements. As such, the conference will focus on the revised procedural rules, the interfaces of State Aid with European Structural and Investment Funds (ESI Funds) as well as Rescue and Restructuring.The conference offers a perfect platform for exchange of knowledge and experiences for professionals and practitioners dealing with European State aid control and the management of ESI Funds.
