The OpenChina-ICT project, supported by the European Commission (Directorate General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology) through its FP7 research-funding programme, aims at significantly contributing to the facilitation of ICT related research cooperation between Europe and China. The OpenChina-ICT Final Conference, will report on the project main outcomes, in particular the EU-China Cooperation Plan, constituting the major component in the discussion of actions to strengthen ICT research cooperation between Europe and China. During this event, the EU-China Cooperation Plan will be presented, which is the main output of the project and is intended to be a guideline for the European Commission, DG CONNECT to promote international cooperation in ICT between Europe and China.So as to achieve this aim, this forum will bring together the policy and the research stakeholders from Europe and China.
