Eligibility of Expenditure in EU-Funded Projects: Now and Beyond 2013

The rules for eligibility of expenditure for EU funded projects are a very challenging topic in the current and the next programming period. This European seminar is aimed at public servants and private sector employees from Managing, Certifying and Audit Authorities, Intermediate Bodies and other Authorising Bodies, National and regional courts of auditors, Beneficiaries of Structural Funds, Certified public accountancies and Audit consultancies who would like to enhance their knowledge oneligibility of expenditures regarding match funding and capital expenditure; eligibility of expenditures for revenue generating projects ; eligibility of direct and indirect costs, flat rates and unit costs;  In addition, a special workshop on “Staffing costs and eligibility” will intensify the training and enable participants to maximize their profit from the seminar. Leading experts from:Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, United KingdomDepartment for Communities and Local Government, United KingdomMinistry of Finance, Estonia Will guide participants through the complexity of eligibility rules for EU funded projects in the current and in the coming financial period.
