The REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of  CHemicals) Regulation is fundamentally changing the shape of every supply chain  within the EU. REACH affects all chemical substances that you manufacture,  import or use to make your products and to run your processes.If you need to know more about REACH then the chances are that you will also be  affected by the new EU Regulation on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of  substances and mixtures (CLP).
