Annual Conference on European Antitrust Law 2012

Antitrust procedure before the European Commission and the EU Courts: in what direction should reform go, and how far?

Objective This annual conference will discuss the direction of future reforms of EU antitrust procedure following the recent publication of “Best Practices” on the conduct of proceedings concerning Articles 101 and 102 TFEU and the Decision on the new function of the Hearing Officer.
