Technical Assistance (TA) is generally the smallest part of all Operational Programmes, but plays an important role because of its impact on administrative capacities. Organizational structures and use of TA can be quite different in each Member State. There are still many practical questions and obstacles TA Managers face in their day-to-day work. This advanced practical seminar provides specific knowledge and expertise regarding essential skills for programme management. TA management will be practically applied and discussed in small group workshop sessions based on case studies, field reports and practical examples with regard to structural and agricultural funds.
