The SEACOOP project aiming at supporting the development of Information Society policy dialogues and the strengthening of cooperation on ICT research between Europe and Southeast Asia, is organizing its 3rd Cooperation Forum on the theme eInfrastructures on September 30, 2010 at the Hotel Le Plaza Brussels.The objective of this research forum, organised in liaison with TEIN3 under the aegis of the European Commission and of the ASEAN Secretariat, is to more precisely evaluate the cooperation projects that could usefully be launched between the two regions, namely in the framework of the European Commission
