You are invited to join us for a tour of three historic German cities: Berlin, Potsdam and Dresden. We will explore the ongoing efforts to repair the damages to the cities' heritage caused by war and post-WWII "urban renewal", and re-introduce European urban design and architectural traditions as models for new development. All guiding will be in English.The programme includes visits to- 10 Karl Friedrich Schinkel buildings in three cities,- the Sanssouci Palace in Potsdam,- the reconstructed Barock Frauenkirche church and sourrounding New Market quarter in Dresden, and - Patzschke Architects' new classicist mixed-use buildings in downtown Berlin, including the iconic Adlon Hotel..Who is it for?
