The 66th Congress of the International Institute of Public Finance (IIPF) will be held in Uppsala, Sweden, from August 23 through 26, 2010, and will deal with Tax Evasion, Tax Avoidance and Shadow Economy. The scientific committee for this congress will be chaired by Friedrich Schneider (University of Linz, Austria) and Clemens Fuest (Oxford University, UK).The local organising committee will be chaired by Sören Blomquist (Uppsala University). Uppsala University will also be the hosting university.
