As every summer, CIFE (Centre International de Formation Européenne) organises a summer university in Varna, Bulgaria, from 11th to 17th of August, 2010. This year, the topic of the session is about the "Territorial Branding of the Black Sea in the Emlarged Europe". The participants will discuss about the "Conceptual Framework of the Territorial Branding", "The Development of the Black Sea Region" or "OCEMN Countries and EU: potential for integration".
