For the thirteenth consecutive year ERA will organise the State Aid Forum, providing a unique platform for discussion and the exchange of views and experience between the various operators - private and public - in this field.This year the major focus of the Forum will be the measures adopted by the Commission to address the financial crisis in terms of support for troubled undertakings, providing Member States with more legal certainty and a more flexible approach in the application of EC state aid rules.
