This 2-day seminar will address issues relating to the new European Social Fund in the second year of implementation in the programming period 2007-2013. It will include two sessions, one on support to social and economic partners and one on capacity building in public administrations. The seminar will include sessions with country and regional case studies, but also the management of ESF Global Grants for SME development and anticipation of labour market needs, and the changes in financial management of ESF programmes.
