With more questions than answers about the science of life, I decided to study biology. My thesis in Kenya gave me hands-on experience in a clinical trial and sparked my interest in public health research. I realised that I want a career that helps many people and will continually challenge me. I am committed to the promise of science and to improving the quality of health care. I believe that collaboration across stakeholders is the key to tackling today’s pressing issues in medicine.
GoCART connects stakeholders in the rapidly advancing field of CAR T-cell therapies. My goal is to bring stakeholders together to develop procedures on harmonised data collection, education, treatment standards and regulations. Together we contribute to innovative and collaborative research and the implementation of live-saving novel therapies.
