After several years of occasional collaboration, Sandra recently joined Welcomeurope team as Senior Manager. European consultant since the early 2000’s, she started her European career as a lobbyist, then assistant to a Member of the European Parliament and deputy-head of the Secretariat of a European political party, before leading a Brussels-based communication agency.

She has developed expertise in assistance to EU programmes’ authorities and project leaders and partners, through consultancy and training, in the field of health and civil protection, e-health / e-inclusion and other advanced service, management and social sciences, social services, Social economy, energy and climate change, sustainable integrated development of rural, mountain and urban territories, research infrastructures and open innovation processes.

When not working on European projects and programmes, Sandra practises actively mountain running and piano. She was member of the board then President of a Midi-Pyrénées representative organisation of management consulting enterprises (SCIBER) during 8 years and contributed as such to the implementation of an ethical chart for the consulting industry.
