Martin Moehrle is a thought leader, consultant, coach and HR executive with the mission of engaging talent and building organizational capability in a global and complex world. In 2015, he reopened his management consulting practice.

Martin is also Associate Director of EFMD, where he is in charge of the Corporate Learning Improvement Process (CLIP), a leading quality assessment and development offering for corporate learning functions.

From 2012 to 2015, Martin was Global Head of Talent and member of the HR Executive Committee at UBS, and for many years through 2008 he was Chief Learning Officer, Global Head of HR Development and member of the Global HR Committee at Deutsche Bank.

Martin studied engineering, business administration and economics in Germany, France and the US and has been past and present member of numerous advisory councils and boards of Business Schools and HR think tanks.
