Keith is the head of digital customer experience at the Bank of Ireland, and as such is responsible for improving customer experience across all digital touch-points of the bank. His current focus is a change programme involving the implementation across the bank of an enterprise customer
feedback platform. Previous to this, Keith was a senior consultant with Near Future where he worked with both public and private businesses to help them define and implement their digital strategies. He also served as chair of the Irish Internet Association for 2 years. Throughout his career, Keith has developed skills in digital strategy, online communications,
marketing strategy, corporate communications, and digital media.
