Doug Roerden is the vice president for user experience design strategy
at Fidelity Investments, where he joins business, technology, and design
partners to lead the customer experience for financial services. With over
20 years pursuing user experience strategy, his practice spans personal
computing through today’s digital worlds for non-profit, education, government,
and startups through Fortune and Global 500 companies. Doug
holds a Bachelor of Music in jazz composition & arranging from Berklee
College of Music and is on a mission to make things more intuitive for
whomever, whatever, wherever, and whenever.
