Innovative district heating system set to cut CO2 emissions by 80%

A new district heating system in Pamplona's Txantrea neighbourhood will cut CO2 emissions by 80%. The vice-president of the Government of Navarra, José María Aierdi, visited the district on 18 November to take stock of progress.
