FRESH PERSPECTIVES 7: Permission to Stare, Arts and Disability

This new Fresh Perspectives issue explores the different approaches to disability in the performing arts, with a particular focus on contemporary dance. The publication includes a collection of personal letters written by artists and a more theoretical essay locating disability in the arts. Highlighting a variety of questions, and refusing to provide easy answers, the publication hopes to trigger the interest of readers new to the topic and to enrich the views of those already informed.
