Passiefhuis-Platform, alias PHP, is a Belgian non-profit organization founded in 2002 by leading actors and institutions from the building industry.
They are all committed participants in the field of energy efficient and sustainable technological development.
PHP is an independent, neutral organization, which is not bound to suppliers or any other group.
The goal of the PHP is to stimulate the realization of buildings with very low energy requirement, based on the passive house concept.
