Norwegian Refugee Council is a non-governmental organisation providing humanitarian services to displaced people worldwide.
NRC works in more than twenty countries, delivering shelter, food security, education, water and sanitation, and counseling and legal assistance.
NRC promotes and protects the rights of people who have been forced to flee their countries, or their homes within their countries.
It is the only Norwegian organisation that specialises in international efforts aimed at this target group.
The majority of our approximately 3000 staff members are national employees in NRC
