NEMO, the Network of European Museum Organisations,is an independent network of museum associations and similar bodies representing the museum community of Europe.

In order to support museums to fulfil their role as cultural agencies, learning places and keepers of cultural heritage NEMO campaigns for European policies.

It supports museums in learning from each other through networking and co-operation and ensures information flows both ways between European institutions and museums.
